Before discussing anything..let’s have a clear mindset of what is good health and what exactly self-care is???Because it is not something that can be neglected even a percent.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), It is not just about having a disease free body but a complete physical, mental, social well being of an individual, it is really not an option whether to be healthy or not but a necessity of life to live it to the fullest we can achieve a good health with just small laws: exercise, cleanliness, breathe in fresh air to keep our lungs clean and in good order, relaxation , good sleep, eat good with high nutritious value , no to junk food.
That is it ..Yes just these things can make you more confident, energetic, sociable, make you think calmly and clearly.
When was the last time you took time from your busy schedule to take good care of your health?
Most of us go through life jumping from one thing into the next. This is just the way life is, and it’s the way society is. We really live in such a super fast age that we have made our lifestyle all surrounded by
multitasking. We struggle to fulfill the needs and responsibilities for
everyone in life apart from ourselves. Even sometimes we neglect meals to do work … we get so caught up that we have neglected our own
health .Then a point comes when the stress levels builded upto the
most top of the level because we have forgotten to take care of our
own health now we have to take time to visit hospitals . And spend that wealth on our health. We need to understand that If a person loses health, the world loses all its charms for him. Hence We do need to take care of ourselves first .

Permission to pause ..it gives you pleasure and relaxes your mind plus gives you energy to manage more work efficiently .

Have a pause filled with joy , the activities you don’t do in your daily life, the activities you don’t have time to do regularly but you love doing those things, visit the place where you find peace at be it a riverside or a garden because it will cost you nothing and will give you enormous pleasure, Even a good music at the rooftop can give you that energy,
make yourself healthy dishes with exactly the same flavor you want to add in your life…be it crispy or sugary. Just make that pause. A
moment, a small time period that can freshen up your mood and give you immense pleasure . These little things will certainly affect your
mental health as well as will give you energy to work at double speed.
We should clear our minds and let our thoughts and emotions come to us, so we can better understand our emotional and physical state and live a healthy life.
