Let me talk about true factors ;

Nowadays everyone wants to have a degree, Because it usually seems to act as a ticket to enter in the pool of people where there is a hustle of earning money. But is it the right way to go? Without having any skills, any experience, any training but with a mark of graduation. 

{{Here you do need to understand..There is a huge gap between the number of employed people vs the number of graduates . You do need skills because today’s ever-evolving job industry needs to hire you not just for the cause of an empty position but because the firm needs to grow through the capabilities and for that every member of the firm needs to grow with skills.}} 

Now if you entered the pool of job and you can’t find one we will then work on our skills then if someone ask suddenly that what is important education or experience without giving any second thought we would say obviously skills are important to do a job rather than education because we don’t value the things which we get easily and obviously jobs are got on the basis of skills and that only speak of skills on your resume or experience that is important but here we forget that building blocks of skills is the education  the confidence, reading, analyzing, creativity, intellectual, social, sporting, personal, artistic, ethical, and so much more were taught by the education only and we have neglected that.

Experience may teach you that ‘doing it that way does not work’, but education gives you the theoretical knowledge and analytical skill to show why it does not work.

The value of something is shown by the demand.

If one has skill but without qualification, companies cannot hire him. 

But the world is changing at the speed which we can never imagine. 

World is moving in the direction of development, and its speed can only be achieved through the combination of skills and knowledge.

Does a tree grow by just a seed without water and environment needed for its growth and development???

Ok just imagine … You killed a person by firing a bullet without a gun. Sounds funny Right!!! Even if you generate another source for making the bullet to achieve this mission still you need to have more energy because bullets work on the principle of ;

MORE ENERGY = MORE DAMAGE. Gun & Bullet , Together they can kill a person but with only gun(Education), you can only produce fear in people

Did you get the point?? 

“It’s not skills at the exclusion of degrees”

The world is going to have transition in the next few decades …that period of time which will be an era of advancing technologies such as big data analytics, Artificial intelligence , robotics, quantum computing Deep learning skills and at that time for that human era our degrees and the things we learn in college will be outdated hence for that too we do need knowledge and skills but may not require a degree

During that era Knowledge and skills will be regarded as high caliber classic masterpieces.

There will be a time where skills will be valued more and education will be integrated with it and that will create wonders.

Because both are important to be master of anything
