- Read and understand the summaries you’ve written before. Add your notes, and it’s better.
- Learn your exercisesor practices, and try to understand the material you don’t really understand.
- Prepare your things for tomorrow morning. For instance, your clothes, books, student ID, pencil case. Check your pens and better to have two or more.
- Don’t forget to drink water and have a good amount of deep sleep.
All of these answers are applicable only if you already study the subject days before. Cramming for an exam the night before is actually makes you nervous and loss of concentration. You will think about unnecessary things and ruminate about the exam’s result. Moreover if the subject’s material is a lot. It causes you to stay up late and lessen your sleep time that important for the next day.
My advice is try to learn the material by inch for few days before. It would give you time to understand and memorize the material with a light feeling. Remember what the teacher/lecturer has said about the subject; the details, the answers, or the most discussed material because that is where the exam questions are.
When you are prepared with your study, your mind is clear and no negative feeling about the exam. You feel light and self-confident because you take time to understand the material.
